Sound the alarm! Pirates on the horizon. Sea Scout reenactors from Ship 3 of Swansboro and Ship 244 of Cary, NC bravely defended the town of Beaufort in the annual festival. Sailing wooden boats from the local nautical museum in the hot sun naturally led to a second battle – water fight!
