Ship 244 at Pamilco Sea Base this weekend for Introduction to Leadership Skills for Ships (ILSS). After serious discussions of leadership styles and training strategies, the scouts demonstrated using the EDGE method to teach 4 ways to tie a bowline. Ship 244 finished their ILSS training weekend with sailing on the Avalon.
